Loved for decades nationwide, we fabricate these ultra-durable products by transforming sheets of Corian® and other solid surfaces into thick 1" slabs with a bullnose and a comfortable non-slip sitting surface. They are easy to tell apart: "Seats" are round and shaped like a quarter moon. "Benches" are rectangle shaped. That's it.

We can make them in any color that coordinates with a shower floor: White, Biscuit, Almond, or Grey.
They are comfortable on your legs and bottom - commercial grade. They are not pieces of cheap slippery plastic.
We think they're much classier than an acrylic part, sport a clean matte finish, and in the rare event of damage can be easily repaired with a Scotch-Brite® pad by the homeowner in seconds.
They are minimalist and modern. They look better and they function better.

The cut sheet provides specifications that show many features of the vanity tops in a snapshot. It tells you what we can and cannot do: dimension minimums and maximums, where we can put bowls, how much it weighs, etc.

Can I Still Make A Build-Out Bench The Old Fashioned Way?

Of course you can. As shown in the picture to the left, a build out bench has 3 panels: a flat top and two vertical panels. These panels can be ordered the same way you order any other flat stock sheet from us in our online automated order forms. Fill in the dimensions and where you want the roundover depending on where you'll be marrying up your sheets. Our customer service team can help you if needed. Know that all panels ordered this way will be 1/2" sheet material.

What is the side triangle piece?

Benches (rectangle-shaped) come with a small separate easy-to-install triangle piece. The purpose is to aesthetically cover the reinforced stainless-steel bracket. It installs in a couple minutes with no tools, just silicone land some 2-sided tape to hold it in place for a bit. It is made of the exact same Corian® material as the topside surface.
