After each seat or bench is installed, a "Care Guide" (included in the box) is to be left with the homeowner. 

 

Our Seats & Benches are durable - they're built like a tank.  Normal non-abrasive household cleaners will all perform well.  Avoid anything abrasive, although a Scotchbrite pad will work great every time if you need to take out some abnormal staining or minor superficial damage.
